Welcome to Hut-to-Hut skiing, hiking, and biking near the old mining town of Creede, Colorado! Creede Mountain Huts features two structures located in the San Juan Mountains, perfect for the wilderness vacation. Year-round availability caters to all types of adventurers!

Specialty Form of Winter Recreation

We are a small company catering to the expert and intermediate backcountry skier or snowboarder. Guests will be satisfied with the remoteness and isolation found on Fisher Mountain.

We recommend snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or Telemark skiing up to the hut or yurt.

 

Both mountain facilities have been cleaned and inspected. All the heating wood has been split and stacked. All the propane tanks have been filled and inspected.

Everything is ready and waiting for the champagne powder to fall from the skies and the winter recreational skier to come!
